Our 05+ Ford Super Duty Dana 60 1550 Stub Shafts are engineered for extreme-duty off-road and competition applications. Manufactured in-house from billet 4340 chromoly, these heavy-duty stub shafts are designed to handle the abuse of rock bouncers, mud trucks, Ultra4 cars, and high-horsepower fabricated axle builds.

Designed for use with 2005+ Ford Super Duty Dana 60 unit bearings, these shafts eliminate the need for traditional drive slugs or lockout hubs while supporting large spline axle configurations and 1550 U-joint setups. Precision machined and heat treated for maximum strength and reliability, these stub shafts are ideal for builders looking to upgrade weak factory components in severe off-road environments.

Stubs come with retaining washer, retaining bolt, unit bearing cap, cap screws and O-ring.
