Devin Watson is the owner of Innovative Machining Solutions. He has worked in manufacturing for over 15 years. Of which, he has held a variety of position such as welder, machinist, and manufacturing process engineer. Most recently he worked as a Precision Machining and Manufacturing Instructor at Central Maine Community College where he led multiple national trainings focusing on multi-axis CNC teacher training. He has worked extensively with the National Science Foundation on multiple ATE Grants, developing a nationally recognized CNC curriculum.
Devin's personal interest include spending time with his wife and children. He enjoys the great outdoors, rebuilding his square body truck, and making maple syrup.
Greg is a machinist who graduated with a degree in Precision Manufacturing at Central Maine Community College in 2015. His passion is to produce quality work in a timely fashion. He is well versed in advanced machining methods, basic fabrication, and reverse engineering.
Greg likes most everything with an engine in it. He enjoys snowmobiling, off-roading, and inconveniencing himself by getting stuck in the backwoods of Maine.
Ian is a machinist and product designer. He graduated from Central Maine Community College with a degree in Precision Manufacturing, and has a Bachelors in Technology Management from the University of Southern Maine. Ian has been gaining machining and design experience at the shop since his graduation in 2015.
Ian enjoys the sailing, CrossFit, and really bad dad jokes.
