Our Ford 9” billet aluminum third members are engineered for high-performance off-road, racing, truck pulling, and heavy-duty applications where strength, weight reduction, and precision are critical. Each third member is precision machined from billet 6061 aluminum, delivering a lightweight design while maintaining the rigidity needed for extreme horsepower and demanding drivetrain setups.

Weighing only 17 pounds, these center sections are designed to significantly reduce rotating mass without sacrificing durability. Each unit comes equipped with a billet pinion support, 7075 aluminum main bearing caps, carrier adjusters for precise setup, and an integrated load bolt for added strength under high load conditions.

Built for serious performance applications, these third members are ideal for rock crawlers, Ultra4 vehicles, race trucks, pulling trucks, and custom high-horsepower builds. The modular design allows for easier setup, serviceability, and gear changes compared to traditional rear axle configurations.
