9-inch Axle Housing
Our IMS 9” axle housings are meticulously crafted in-house to ensure top-notch quality and performance. Crafted with a 3/8” thick faceplate and 3/16” A36 steel housing, these housings are built to last. The axle tubes are seamlessly welded to the faceplate, housing, and internally gusseted for unmatched strength. Internally gusseted and welded, these housings offer an extra layer of durability. Once the welding is complete, the faceplates are precision-machined flat.
These housings are thoughtfully designed to accommodate 9” and 10” gear sets without needing any modifications. Standard options include 3.5” ¼ wall and 4” 3/8” wall axle tubes, all set within a 68” width. Custom lengths and offsets are also available upon request, providing tailored solutions for your specific needs.

Our 05+ Ford Super Duty Nodular Cast Inner C Set is engineered for extreme-duty off-road and competition axle builds. Designed for fabricated Dana 60 and Super Duty-based front axle systems, these inner C’s provide a strong, stable foundation for high-performance steering geometry and knuckle integration.
Manufactured from high-strength nodular cast material, these inner C’s are built to handle the abuse of rock bouncers, mud trucks, Ultra4 cars, and heavy-horsepower off-road applications. They are designed to integrate with our Super Duty knuckle systems and support precise axle alignment in custom fabricated housings.
Ideal for builders upgrading factory axle components or constructing full custom front ends, this inner C set delivers the strength and consistency required for severe-duty off-road environments.
Our Axle tube seals are designed to seal the ends of Dana 60 and 2005+ Ford Super Duty axle tubes, helping prevent dirt, mud, and debris from entering the housing while maintaining internal lubrication.
The outer steel component permanently mounts into the axle tube, while the inner aluminum housing and Seals-It seal assembly is serviceable and removable from inside the housing for easy maintenance and rebuilds.
Ideal for both factory and fabricated axle builds, these seals are commonly used in rock bouncers, mud trucks, Ultra4 vehicles, and other extreme off-road applications where contamination protection and serviceability are critical. We use Seals-It seals with all of our tube seals.
Our 05+ Ford Super Duty Unit Bearing Cups are engineered for extreme-duty fabricated axle builds and off-road competition applications. Designed to integrate 2005+ Ford Super Duty unit bearings into custom axle housings, these weld-on cups eliminate the need for traditional spindle setups while allowing for larger spline axle configurations and simplified high-strength drivetrain packaging.
Machined in-house for precision fitment and maximum durability, these unit bearing cups are ideal for rock bouncers, mud trucks, Ultra4 cars, and heavy-horsepower off-road builds where traditional hub and spindle assemblies are not suitable.
Common applications include fabricated front axle housings, spindle delete conversions, custom Dana 60 builds, and high-performance off-road racing axles.
Cups come in 3.5” and 4.0” bores. Additional sizes can be made upon request.
