How quickly will my item ship?

Many of our items are in stock and ship within a couple of days. However, some of our items are custom made based on the specifics desired by the customer. As a result, some items may have a lead time closer to 2-3 weeks. Do you make everything you sell at Innovative Machining Solutions?

Yes! We make all of the items we sell in house with the exception of brake kit components and the hardware used in our products. 

Do you offer any custom machining and engineering services?

Yes! Custom machining and engineering services are available. Our lead time varies throughout the year. Any inquiries should reach out to IMS though our website or emailing inquiries@innovativemachiningsolutions.com for more information. 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we can ship internationally. The cost associated with the shipping and Custom Duties on shipments are the responsibility of the customer. 

Can I cancel an order?

Yes, any order can easily be canceled by calling 207-530-7239 or emailing sales@innovativemachiningsolutions.com. A full refund will be granted upon cancellation of the order. If your order has already shipped, it will be considered a return and will then follow the return policy procedures. 

Are your products for street use? 

No, all of our items are for recreational and performance use only. They are not recommended or intended for street use, daily use, or towing. 

Do you offer installation for your products? 

No, IMS offers machining and production services only. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure proper installation. Improper installation can result in serious personal injury or damage to the part.
