Return Policy
Returns on inventory products are allowed for a period of up to 60 days. Any request for return beyond the 60-day window will be granted only at our discretion and terms.
If an item needs to be returned, please contact us at 207-530-7239 or email us at sales@innovativemachiningsolutions.com to discuss the reason for the return and to make the necessary arrangements. Our shipping team can provide you with a return label at our expense. Once your return has been accepted into the UPS system, we will initiate your refund. Any non-standard shipping or packaging costs associated with fulfillment of the original order are non-refundable.
Return of Custom Items
Custom machined items or anything that is not readily available for purchase on our website are non-refundable. Innovative Machining Solutions will help troubleshoot and resolve any fitment issues if such occurrences should arise.
Rework
If there are fitment issues or items need any rework, the customer is responsible for reaching out to IMS via phone at 207-530-7239 or emailing sales@innovativemachiningsolutions.com within 90 days of the shipment date. Any request for return beyond the 90-day window will be granted only at our discretion and terms.
