These 6061 billet aluminum front knuckles are a direct bolt-on upgrade for 2005–2012 Ford F250 and F350 Super Duty front axles. Designed as a billet Super Duty knuckle replacement, this set significantly reduces unsprung weight by approximately 35 lbs compared to factory cast iron knuckles.

These Ford Super Duty billet knuckles are designed to work with factory ball joints, unit bearings, steering arms, and brakes, making them a straightforward OEM replacement upgrade for factory front axle assemblies.

Optional modifications are available for ball joint eliminators, as well as integrated high steer arm configurations for custom Super Duty and off-road axle builds. Contact us for custom billet knuckle options for fabricated or competition applications.
