These 6061 billet aluminum knuckles are designed as a direct factory replacement for 1978–1991 Ford Dana 60 kingpin applications. Designed to clear 15” wheels, the steering arm is relocated inward, adjusting the factory tie-rod position for improved clearance and packaging.

These knuckles are fully compatible with stock kingpins and spindles, allowing for a straightforward upgrade without additional modifications.

Compared to factory cast iron knuckles, these billet units reduce weight by approximately 18 lbs while maintaining the strength required for off-road and heavy-duty use.
