These 6061 billet aluminum knuckles are a direct bolt-on upgrade for 2001–2010 GM front axle applications. Designed as a billet GM knuckle replacement, this set reduces unsprung weight by approximately 18 lbs compared to factory cast iron knuckles.

These GM billet front knuckles are designed to work with factory ball joints, unit bearings, steering arms, and brakes, making them a straightforward OEM-style upgrade for GM front axle assemblies used in both street and off-road applications.

Steering arms can be modified to clear 15” wheels and/or drilled to accept a bolt for heim joint steering ends, making these knuckles adaptable for custom steering setups and off-road GM axle builds. Please contact us for these modification options.
